Mixed Air Distribution Systems using Grilles, Registers and Diffusers continue to be the most commonly used air distribution system. In one form or another Mixed Air Systems have been around for nearly 100 years.
To better understand how to select and place these products, we will cover the basics of room air movement, the geometry of grilles and diffusers, and how to describe their performance.

Price Industries – Area Manager – Southeast Region
Todd is the Area Manager for Price Industries Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia in the Southeast Region. He is a 7-year ASHRAE member and a member of the Atlanta chapter. Prior to working as the Area Manager Todd worked as a Project Engineer for the Beams department, as a Design Engineer for Beams, as an Applications Engineer for the Critical Environment, Terminals, and Displacement departments respectively. He has a manufacturing back ground as well as experience working with many non-profit organizations. Todd is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, GA.
